Flippin' Yolk began with four friends that worked as servers and Chef's in the hospitality industry. Each of them shared a similar vision of delivering Filipino cuisine to their local communities. They began delivering Filipino flavors by translating a new cuisine with a Gourmet food truck offering Silog, an authentic breakfast Filipino dish composed of Garlic rice, a fried egg, with various Flippin Meat items.
These meat items are infused with Mexican tacos, R.J.'s wrap (Burrito), quesadillas, and our newly added Flippin special, garlic Fries.
Now cruising through Los Angeles Flippin' Yolk will be visiting your neighborhood soon.
